General
Use of theBrewHQ products and services constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with this billing policy.
All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. Payment must be received before any billable product or service is activated. Where a trial period is offered, valid payment information must be on file before your account is created. You are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file to cover your recurring subscription and any usage-based fees. All recurring subscriptions are automatically invoiced and charged to the card on file.
Trials are limited to one per person per product. Purchasing and cancelling multiple trials may result in permanent account closure.
Payment receipts are provided electronically with each transaction and are available on request.
Billing Cycle
All credit and debit cards are charged automatically on your billing cycle date.
Payment failure: If a charge fails, access to your account will cease immediately.
Deactivation: theBrewHQ reserves the right to remove account data from its servers after a period of non-payment.
Cancellation closes access to the account immediately. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Fees
Chargeback fee: $50.00 per individual chargeback.
Collections fee: $35.00 if an account is submitted to a third-party collections service.
Interest: Unpaid charges are subject to interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.
Payment Methods
theBrewHQ accepts payment via most major credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe.
Subscription Billing
Invoices are generated and payments collected at the start of each billing period. Your billing date is the day you originally subscribed. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund section below. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Usage-Based Fees
Email, SMS, and phone calls are pay-per-use and billed at LC Phone / LC Email rates. theBrewHQ does not mark up usage fees — you pay GHL's published rates directly. You can review and monitor usage charges inside your account at any time.
Billing Disputes
You agree to allow theBrewHQ 30 days to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback with your card provider or bank. If a chargeback is received before we have had the opportunity to resolve the matter, theBrewHQ reserves the right to charge for time and fees incurred as a result, in addition to the $50 chargeback fee. theBrewHQ may submit unresolved disputed amounts to a collections agency.
Refund Policy
theBrewHQ does not offer refunds on subscription fees. Access to the platform, onboarding support, and resources provided constitute delivery of service. If you experience issues, please contact support before initiating any dispute — we will always work to make it right.
Applicable Taxes
Fees do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties assessed by your local, state, or national jurisdiction.
